As HIT embarks on its seventh year of operations, I would like to mark this milestone with a personal message, reflecting on our history of growth and future aspirations.
Back in 2017, captivated by the dynamic, expansive, fast-paced Qatar market, which was just surprised by an imposed blockade, I saw an opportunity – to establish HIT as a home-grown consultancy that takes a chance on the alarming economic conditions with conviction and ambition, and without fear of the challenges ahead.
HIT would not have succeeded in its take-off without the trust of existing clients. Our name- HONOUR INTEGRITY TRUST – serves as a reminder of the core values we hold most dear in our relationship with the people and market landscapes that have seeded the
growth of HIT.
With the support and trust of existing Clients and referrals, the trust in the quality of service our Clients have is HIT’s biggest asset.
Our first project – the Al Khor Stadium – launched HIT into its independent orbit and nourished our growth. Since then and for the past six years, we have been engaged in some of the most notable and iconic projects in Qatar – Qatar National Museum, West Bay Bus Station, The View Hospital, The NED Hotel, Lusail
Palace, and many more noteworthy projects.
HIT grew from a 5 people start-up in 2017 to over 30 in 2023. Our growth has been both steady and balanced, but most importantly, it is deeply rooted in growing talent, and investing in the people that join our company for long-term success. We cherish an environment of openness, transparency, close communication, and approachability.
In parallel, and of paramount importance is our work ethos and client approach. We aim to always guide our clients and add value at every stage of their project – be it pre-contract, commercial and contract administration or dispute resolution – thus holistically safeguarding their interests. We work with an ethos rooted in passion, responsibility, and diligence.
We look ahead with a tremendous gratitude for the trust of our existing clients; as well as with a keen eagerness to engage with new clients and new markets. Our evolution as a company allows us to expand into two new markets that have shown interest in our services – South Africa and Saudi Arabia. We couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and we look forward to taking them on with a collective zeal, professionalism, and clarity of vision.
