We perform all cost associated functions including, but not limited to, the following: establishment of project client budgets based on concept information; preparation of and updating estimates during all design phases, direct involvement with other consultants to ensure that client budgets are adhered to,  driving value engineering processes, interfacing with clients to establish most viable procurement routes, preparation of tender BoQs, floating of tenders and management of tender process, final negotiations and drawing up of Contracts to be executed by relevant parties.
